The owners were extremely accommodating, kind and thoughtful. I have been to several weddings all over the country and by far this venue has been one of the most beautiful and unique locations.”

“The venue is beautiful and spacious, with 2 reception spaces and a gazebo situated on the beach of a small lake. The area is peaceful and quiet, you get the sense of being in secret magical place. We rented the facility Friday-Sunday and enjoyed using the lodge and cabin to house our bridal party and some close friends.

I would highly recommend this place, we had a lovely night of memories. It was so beautiful, I couldn’t have asked for more.”

The owners are wonderful and warm people and the workmanship on the residences and on the facility are top notch. Did you know the owner built most of it by hand? We even needed lightbulbs for our chandelier and John, the owner, went and got some for us! They made sure everything was covered and everyone in our wedding loved how responsive and kind John and his wife, Julie were! This is a one of a kind place. If you are looking for a place in Hermann to have your wedding, this is the place! Free to decorate any way you want and they will help set up and take down.
