Weekend Rental

Friday 11:00 AM until Sunday 11:00 AM

Weekend Rental Includes:

 

  • Access to property for 48 hours (11am on Friday to 11am on Sunday)

  • Choice of Pavilion (up to 200 people) and/or Fest Haus (up to 200 people) for reception

  • Tables, chairs and benches for up to 200 people (includes set up)

  • Use of Gazebo and surrounding grounds for ceremony (or alternate location if needed)

  • Use of property for rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on Friday night

  • Use of house sound systems throughout the weekend

 

  • Parking lot attendants (and golf cart rides for guests with physical needs)

  • Staff on property throughout the weekend

  • Two nights lodging (Friday and Saturday) for up to 12 people in the Cabin and Lodge

  • Bonfires provided on Friday and Saturday nights

  • Choose your own professional vendors or use our recommended vendors for food (usually around $14/person) and beverages

  • Bring in your own alcohol for your bar

Sunday from 1:00 PM until Sunday 11:00 PM

 

  • Choice of Pavilion (up to 200 people) and/or Fest Haus (up to 200 people) for reception

  • Tables, chairs and benches for up to 200 people (includes set up)

  • Use of Gazebo and surrounding grounds for ceremony (or alternate location if preferred)

  • Use of Great Room and Bridal Suite in Lodge

  • Early access to reception space at 11am for up to 5 decorators

  • Parking lot attendants (and golf cart rides for guests with physical needs)

  • staff on property throughout the event

  • Bonfires provided on Sunday night

  • Use of house sound system

  • Access to property for a 1 hour rehearsal the Thursday before the wedding

  • Choose your own professional vendors or use our recommended vendors for food (usually around $14/person) and beverage.

  • Bring in your own alcohol for your bar

  • Lodging available for up to 12 people on Sunday night for an additional $500
