Please Note:

  • Year round barn weddings available in our Festiv Hoff Facility.
  • Choose your own vendors or use our recommended vendors for food and bar.

Package A:

Weekend rental-$2950.00 Friday 11 am. til Sunday 11 am.

  • Includes choice of Pavilion (up to 200 persons) or Festiv Hoff (Barn, up to 140 persons.)
  • Includes tables & chairs, use of gazebo and surrounding grounds, pavilion (accommodates up to 200 persons), great room in Lodge, 2 dressing rooms for bridal party, white benches and outdoor restrooms.
  • Parking lot attendant will be provided by owner.
  • Cater’s room, refrigerator and Ice storage freezer is available.
  • Optional: Overnight lodging with week- end package only.
    • Lodge- 3 bedroom, 2 bath. 2 night min. $250 nt.
    • Cabin- 3 bedroom, 1 bath. 2 night min. $200 nt.

Package B:

Saturday rental-$2200.00 10 am. til 11 pm., clean up and exit by midnight.

  • Includes use of Pavilion (up to 200 persons).
  • Includes tables & chairs, use of gazebo and surrounding grounds, great room in Lodge, 2 dressing rooms for bridal party, white benches and outdoor restrooms.
  • Parking lot attendant will be provided by owner.
  • Cater’s room, refrigerator and Ice storage freezer is available.
  • No overnight lodging is available with this package.

Package C:

Sunday rental-$1800.00 10 am. til 9 pm., clean up and exit by 10 pm.

  • Use of Festiv Hoff (Barn),( up to 140 persons.) dressing room and restrooms in barn, and cater’s room, refrigerator and freezer for ice.
  • Parking lot attendant will be provided by owner.
  • Includes tables & chairs, use of gazebo & white benches and surrounding grounds.
  • No overnight lodging is available with this package.
