At Little Piney Lodge we offer 60" banquet tables and matching white chairs for your guests up to 200 persons. Two rooms in the lodge are available for the wedding party to dress. Also, there are two restrooms indoors. The great room is available for small gatherings and gift table, fountain or other uses. Our pavillion will accomodate up to 200 persons under roof. Our gazebo may be used for the wedding ceremony along with our white park-like benches for your guests during the wedding ceremony. Landscaping surroundings change with the seasons and there is a lake view backdrop to the gazebo. A waterfall and trickling stream run along side the pathway to the gazebo. Parking is a short walk up a brick pathway to the pavillion and patio area. As evening approaches the lighting on the grounds brings a whole new beauty to our facility. Your caterer may use our large kitchen, service room and two large refrigerators to accomodate their items. Caterer is responsible for all clean up and busing of tables. All trash must be placed in plastic trash bags. We will remove all bagged trash. DJ or musicians may set up under the pavillion or porch area. It is best to have them set up early in the day of the wedding. Our package includes the use of the facility beginning Friday afternoon for setup and dress rehearsal. Saturday, all day as needed and evening for ceremony. Sunday is also available until 2:00pm for gift opening and removing all decorations. You will need to provide your own caterer, bartender, DJ or band and sound system, and security personell necessary to oversee your guests. You will also be responsible for all alcoholic beverages being served and the dispensing of such. You will need two parking lot attendants. We will provide the attendants at $50 each.
