Everything you need...

Included in our weekend rental fee is two night’s lodging on Friday and Saturday for up to 12 guests. We have three bedrooms in our private log cabin which sleeps up to six people and three bedrooms in the lodge which also sleeps up to six people. All bedrooms have queen size beds. Our great room in the lodge is ideal for small gatherings and is a perfect staging area for ceremonies. Guest restrooms are available at both the pavilion and the barn. Parking is a short walk up a brick pathway to the pavilion and patio area. Parking lot attendants are available prior to your ceremony.  We provide 60” round tables and wooden crossed back chairs for your guests (up to 200 people.) We also have plenty of long banquet tables to accommodate a head table, gift table, etc. There are prep rooms for caterers in the Lodge and in the Fest Haus with refrigerators to accommodate their items. 

Our couples may choose their own professional caterer, bartender, D.J. or band, florist, etc. You are welcome to coordinate all vendors to arrive well before your ceremony. Click here to see a list of recommended local vendors.  Hermann is known for its great food and wine, and we have several caterers that can accommodate every kind of budget. Caterers are responsible for all clean up and busing of tables after meal service. Feel free to ask us about the vendors we have enjoyed at Little Piney.  

Our package includes the use of the property for a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner until 9:00pm on Friday. On Saturday, the venue is available until 11:00pm, and Sunday until 11:00 am for gift opening, removing decorations, and departure. Click here for more details on pricing.
